Hello, they've just released prescription for HSC English from 2019 to 2025. Does it mean that the syllabus will change in 2026? Thanks

It seems that NESA has extended the study of the current modules and their respective prescribed texts for an additional two years, which is definitely interesting to see. This sounds like good news for students who will be completing their HSC in 2024 and 2025, given the wealth of resources and other relevant material that they will gain access to once they reach Stage 6.
Provided NESA does not intend to further extend the current HSC English syllabus beyond 2025 (extending the current HSC English syllabus beyond 2025 is unlikely), I believe that a syllabus change will likely occur in 2026.

Not people that I personally know, although this is definitely something that was done previously. Perhaps there are year 11 students on BoS who are doing so currently as well?Thanks. Have you heard anyone doing HSC English Advanced in year 11 before?
