I have no idea what you are trying to say ... ahaha

but guessing that when you say 'Analyse the conflict' - i would be using the industrial relations under Employment relations.

And the "managing change" section of your question i was use the headings under "managing change effectively - ie that whole identify the need for change...change agents etc - sorry i dont have my syllabus here

Effective ER doesnt apply from my point of view...sorry!

you'd probably have to use effective ER so you can demonstrate if the ER strategies used are effective, which is under "measures of effective ER" under "effective ER".. ok, hope i didnt confuse ya.. ;)
