Hey guys - wondering if anyone could answer a fairly pertinent question for me.

I've done a bunch of watercolours for my BOW, but I now need to frame them. I'd like to have them framed just with a thick carboard frame or 'mat'... but I'm not so crash hot at measuring up and cutting my own.

Is it malpractice, or against BOS rules to get the pictures mounted professionally? Will I get into trouble if I ask the people at the framing shop to cut my mats for me?

I doubt it. It's just for your presentation. People in my class get their wood (for frames, to paint on, etc) cut by the woodwork teacher. Can't be much different than that.

No definitely not, it's not like they're doing the actual art for you or anything...
