Hmm. I don't know any websites.. But Cytochrome C is a protein that you should look out for. It's a respiratory protein found in every living thing - from yeast, to humans. The number of base variations in its sequence dictates the closeness of the species examined. I think (don't quote me on this) that chimps vary from humans by 2-3 bases, whilst yeast varies from humans by around 50 bases.
