With the legal extended responses, do you have a planned structure (not necessarily a planned essay), or does your content and structure change depending on the question?

I'm interested to see how other people see and prepare for this section of the exam.

I dont have a planned structure really. I stick to the basic intro-body-conlusion and kinda just go with it. I dont know till tomorrow what I got for my extended response but for crime I got 24/25 and it had an 'evaluate the effectiveness' question which kinda fits this structure.

I'll report back with my scores when my teacher bothers to mark them. She is seriously the worst teacher for getting marks back from- our half yearlies took a month to mark!

i didn't plan my essay structure for the trials, but my marks weren't as high as i would have liked them to have been (20/25 family) (21/25 workplace)
i basically just rambled on about previous cases, and then explained why they were effective or ineffective. so yeh.

I just learn legislation and cases, which pretty much consists of all my study.
I usually go fairly well with that method.
