1) in Marketing, under Role of consumer laws... what does retail price mantenance mean in really simple terms, i dont understand the definition.

2) same for innapproriate cut of periods??? what does this mean in really simple terms

3) A trial question i was looking at says "construct a marketing strategy for this product" does this mean talk about the 4 ps? or a marketing plan

1)retail price mantenance means that a business cant refuse to sell a product to a retailer just because the retailer wants to sell the product below the regular retail price suggested by the manufacturer.

2)innapproriate cut of periods refers to financial managers altering the accounting period or listing transaction after they occur, to create a favourable snap shot of the business. pretty much they might set the accounting period for a time when they look good, even though they may have large amount of debts to be paid lateri n the year or something.

3/ talk about 4 p's. if u had time i would mention the marketing plan briefly too

Well, the syllabus says "resale" but "retail" means pretty much the same thing in this context anyway.
