Just a quick Q if studying Commerce - Marketing & Organisational Behaviour:

Is it true that you dont have to pass the compulsory MATH courses (as i only did gen. maths) when studying the required first yr ECON units, as long as u pass the ECON units??

not sure but if it is something u must do then i suspect u have to at least get 45 which is a pc. realli thats basically a pass onli few people get pcs anyways and thats usually for people who like fail but since their weekly tuts and mid sems and stuff were done well they give u a pc. so basically i'd expect u have to pass.

ECON110 prerequisite:

(Admission to BCom/BEc/BAppFin or UAI equivalent to these degrees or GPA of 2.00 with at least 12cp) and (HSC Mathematics performance band 2 or extension 1 or extension 2, or corequisite of any unit in the range MATH123-MATH136).

Do you honestly want a "fail" on your transcript? Its a GPA killer....
