Does anyone know any healthy food items that can be sold in a school canteen??? i have to make something up for my assignment...
the time limit to make the food in is 10 minutes... i was thinking of doing a sitirfry but it takes to long...

well i would say chips and gravy... and i know what your thinking... but they can be healthy, if you make the gray with meat drippings and flour, heat it and skim the fat of the top you have removed alot of the fat from it... you could go as far as making a clear gravy... but a little fat is healthy in a persons diet, with chips you can use pumpkin or parsnip or turnip or something and roast them, trying to use as little oil as possible, or just a non stick tray, it will be healthy and can trick people into thinking its not, therefore making them buy it
and remember, fat is good in the diet as long as its in moderation, as with everything else ;P
