Hi I'm trying to get into a law degree at UC but am totally confused about how my marks are going to be calculated so it'll be really great if anyone can help me out. So heres the situation:
I've been at uni for a year and i've applied through UAC for the law degree for next year. I know they look at both my u.a.i and uni marks, but i've done the 1st semseter at UTS and the 2nd semester at Usyd. So does anyone know how my uni marks are going to be calculated?
Do they look at the GPA or just take the average of the marks (ie. the marks for each subject divided by the number of subjects)?
Also how is the GPA calculated?
And one more thing. Since Usyd is part of the Group of Eight unis and UTS is not, would their ways of calculating be diff, and does anyone know how it'll be done?
Any info would help me out a lot and is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
