ey i stumbled upon this, i just made an account. I'm from Russia originally. Very few people speak english so unless you have a friend whos willing to literally live with you, its not going to be very fun( keep in mind its not like the rest of europe where they all speak some level of english). Also it is not very tourist friendly, if anything you'll end up being ripped off or your passport taken by police if your not aware of whats constantly happening.
