Good Website Designer for MDP? (1 Viewer)

So I'm beginning to enter into the prototyping stage for my design and tech major work but am stuck for a program to use to make the website component of my MDP. Do you guys know of any good programs that can be used offline? I have been looking into adobe dreamweaver but it is expensive and not sure if it is what i am looking for...

i use a mac book pro.

you can make some pretty nifty pages with online blogs and website makers.
