hi i have to do in 3 weeks and i have no idea what the head teach wrote!

"a good speech will have universal appeal. it won't be confined by place, time, or occasion . however, all three of these aspects may make a speech resonate differently with audiences of dissilimar experinences. Of major significance is the rance of rhetorical techniques utilised by the speaker"

or number two:

" although speeches may be separated by time or place, it is possible for speakers and their audiences to share ideas and an appriciation of the techniques used. in this way a speech is made richer by reference to another."

in the 2nd question, i ssumed she would mean reference to another speech eg: five score four score

but i need to do three and i have choice other keating or mcaleese as one.
any thoughts?
