Say, for example the question asks you to use TWO poems. Do they both go under Father and Child, meaning you can also use another in your answer or are they counted as two separate poems?

It is definitely 1 poem.. they set 7 poems for study and these two parts fall under Father and Child. so it is ONE poem!
