hey all im in urgent help can u all plz help me out.. i have my half yearly exam this monday and im not good with these topic can u plz help me out

Half-Yearly Exam in March? More like a Quarter-Year Exam!

It might be good if you just post up some questions that you're having trouble with. Everyone will jump on those.

Some tips:

FM4 - This whole topic is essentially to do with the simple interest formula, I = Prn. Try not to make things harder than they actually are.

FM5 - Use the TVM function on a graphics calculator. Seriously. Practice the different ways of doing "present value" questions. A loan is always present value.

FM6 - Work out if the depreciation is straight line or declining and then always stick with the formula. It always comes down to simple use of formula or substitution and working backwards to find a missing value. Even drawing graphs mean you'll use the formula to find values.
