Sorry, i wasnt quite sure where to ask this and i thought someone here might know! :)

I followed the link from the email for billing and it said that my hecs for sememester was only $2400ish per sememester [i was too shocked to notice the exact amount] which dosent seem right... i thought it was was more than that and i have enough money to pay upfront which i want to do. How can i check that it is the right cost per sememster, it just seems way lower than i expected.

im doing b physio by the way

thanks for your time.

You get a 25% (or is 15% now?) discount if you pay up front.

Personally, I choose not to pay up front because they only adjust the amount for inflation I believe... and I think I can earn a greater return on my money elsewhere in that period of time.

thanks for replying.

i was very pleasantly surprised by the ~$2400 per semester, becasue international students pay ~$13700 per annum and i thought it would be about the same... but im very glad i was wrong! And im very happy to pay the hecs + gsc upfront, = no debt!

and on the bright side, there will still be money left over to invest at the bar, so dont worry yourself too much mr bassman!

I'd go and see them, because it is per semester, but there is no way in hell a B.Bus should be costing anywhere near that, thats a complete buttload.
