well its adjusted for inflation
so watever the inflation rate is
however, they are deregulating HECS in 2005, so it may go down

in some instances, HECS will be abolished
Macquarie uni is going to set zero HECS on some of its advanced science units

no you don't pay upfront. there will be no hecs fees at all for those adv. sci units. so its FREE to study them!!

The difference in each year is around 2% which is consistent with Australia's inflation which has been steady at around 2% for the last decade or so.

but the adv science uais will all skyrocket coz its a freebie course

Dingo2004- it wont matter howeva much hecs rises for u..u'll pay it back easily....ur sig tells me u'll be managing the girls at kings cross..u'll have plenty of money$$$$$$$
