What would be the principle to successfully answering these 3 job interview questions. (For someone applying for a casual position at a hardware store.)

1. Why do you want to work here?

2. Tell us a bit about yourself?

1. know the place and use that as a basis of youre motivation to work there. secondly the monetary benifits.

2. Just talk about yourself. school perhaps focus on wood/metalwork classes and how much you learned and hence interested in broadening your knowlege whilst working in the store.

1 i wouldn't say anything about money at all. you are not motivated by money, you want to work there because you like helping people out and want to share your knowledge or something

2 you could even mention where you want to go in the future if this will help in that area at all
