I really don't feel like I'm getting anywhere in Business Studies. My two assignment marks are significantly lower than what they should be... Can anyone help please? Are there any teachers (or retired teachers) that view Bored of Studies that can help?

Part of the last task was the extended response question as follows...

Explain how change in ONE key business functions of the small-medium enterprise you investigated, has impacted on the other THREE key business functions. With the key business functions being Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources...

Has anyone a similar type of question and answer they could show me as an example? Or would anyone be able to give me some idea of what I should have talked about?

I appreciate what ever help I can get... Can anyone help me? Or direct me to someone they've had Business STudies help from?

It would be a somewhat common dot point for exams (interdependence of key business functions) to ask questions for since it is a dot point for every topic and generally is nice as it sees if you can link the actions of one function to the others. Did they provide you a business to investigate or stimulus to work on? (If so it'd be great if you posted it up)

Thanks for your reply... Yes, I spoke about the interdependence of key business functions in my report but I just didn't relate it to change...

Because I didn't relate about how change in Human Resources (function I chose) affected Finance, Operations and Marketing... So how would change in Human Resources affect Finance, Operations and Marketing? Can you give me some ideas?

I just realised I've accidentally left the question (in my folder) I really stuffed up on and still am not sure about at school... So will post it on Monday...

Did they provide you a specific SME to work with or a scenario where they have provided information about the change?

No. We had to research a SME but there was nothing that we were meant to report in relation to change...
