Help Stuck on Creating activating zpass for UNSW blackboard (1 Viewer)

I've tried activating it and I unlocked my Zpass account but somehow, when I try to log in, it saids that I didnot provide valid details for the system to work wtf plz help?

Your zPass needs to contain 3 out of 4 categories of the following:
- numbers
- lower case letters
- upper case letters
- symbols

Try going to the IT service desk on campus if you're sure your details are correct but still can't activate it.
