PIP Questionnaire on Topfreedom - please fill in

Hi everyone, please fill in my questionnaire on "Topfreedom". I'll explain what "Topfreedom" is, please read on.

Well first, the hypothesis of my society & culture PIP topic is:
In the West, how come it is socially acceptable for males to be bare-chested in public, but not women?

I am trying to find out why our society values and attitudes prohibit women from being shirtless in public while men are allowed to. I mean, guys can be topless, right? So why can't women? This is what I have researched for my secondary research and now I'm doing my primary research (this questionnaire).

Just to let you know, "Topfreedom" is a feminist, women's rights movement, which states "to accord women the right to be 'topfree' in public in the same places where men also have that right". Being "topfree" basically means the right to be bare-chested, and is a word without the indecency connotations of "topless".
