Help with related texts for The American Dream (1 Viewer)

Hey all, I'm kinda having trouble finding good texts to use as related material for The American Dream along with studying of The Great Gatsby and Quiz Show. Yeh, I know American Beauty would be a good one but I've only got a day to find sum related texts and study them..
I was gunna use a song by Eminem but I cant find appropriate lyrics.. Too many expletives.
If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated =) By texts I mean anything from books to lyrics to pictures or anything..
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hmm. Interesting topic. I think that the movies 'Wag the Dog' and 'Pleasantville' would be good related texts...though considering that your exam is tomorrow...it might be a bit hard to watch both and analyse them...
