Hi i am a second year student looking to transfer univeristy. I was wondering if they take my 1st years result or sencond year results to calcualate my marks.
BTW, my UAI is above the required for the course i want to get into.

in general, both years' tertiary result will be taken into account to calculate your GPA.

Some universities or perhaps just faculties only allow transfers after no more than 1 year...might want to look into it.
