Hey guys!
This is actually for a cafs assignment but noone really goes into the cafs thread & if they do it takes forever to reply. & i do legal as well :)
For my cafs assignment i need a legal defintion of socioeconomically disadvantaged. Ive looked in legal dictionaries & everything but i cant find it. Even in my prelim legal book where socioeconomically disadvantaged is an option but i cant find it anywhere!! Even poverty or socioeconomic status. Something along those lines. But seriously seems impossible!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

why don't you try defining it in google as separate terms...

you won't find a legal definition of socioeconomic disadvantage.

Probably not, that was what the society and culture syllabus used to define a persons socio-economic status; their access to SVR's. It makes sense to me and i don't see why you couldnt use it as a definition for HSC legal, i did. But i would check first.
