Can somebody explain the characteristic and features of a stakeholders in a business!!!!!! I have been sitting here thinking about half an hour now...nothing come up.....

A stakeholder is simply someone with an interest in the business. They can be either internal or external to the business. Their features and characteristics are dependant on their type and level of interest in the business. Examples:
Customers
Management
Employees
Suppliers
Owners
etc.
