I have a business services half yearly exam tomorrow and at the top of our advice sheet it just sounds housekeeping...and we were going to ask our teacher the other day but we never got a chance and I sure as hell cant find it in my textbook! I was wondering if anyone could help? Because I really dont remember ever talking about housekeeping. Thanks!
