Used to take me 1.5 hours each way at a minimum, sometimes became 2 hours depending on my luck with bus from UNSW, running up to QVB and catching the last bus. If I missed it, then it was a train and a bus on top of that.

After getting mucked around for a while and finding it hard with full time work as well (on the cadetship) I decided to move out alot nearer to uni and suddenly I had a lot more energy to .. pay attention, work, etc.

Just a teensy bit over 2 hours - one way. 1hr45 - 1hr 50 to central, 15-20 minutes from central to UNSW. So maybe about 4.5 hours to and from.

I got used to travelling this long ages ago, it does come in handy. You've got excellent time to review what's happening in that day's lab, or do some last minute revision for exams :)

Usually around 90 minutes from home.

It's difficult to state a definitive time though as it is highly dependent on which side of campus my first lecture or tutorial is.

Really depends on whether it's peak hour or not...
To uni would take roughly an hour all up
Back home at peak hour.. I don't even want to imagine.
