This is very weird to me.. For the units i expected to do well, i got passes...
for the one unit which i was expecting a pass, i got a distinction? :S...
I did stat170 first sem this year.. and my coursework marks were:
Assignments: 13.3/15
GNAT's / WASP's: 6/15
Practical Exam: 9.1/10
Class test: Did not attend due to sickness (so final became 60% instead of 50%)
And in my final exam, i left out 20 marks worth of exam out of 120 marks total (left out two 10 mark questions)
YET, after all this.. my final grade was 75 for stats... yeah i am not complaining, obviously im happy i scraped a distinction... but how does SNG work?.. i dont get it, because for all my other units where i was getting 40/50 or 32/40 for my internal marks.. and my overall marks ended up around 62 or 63? :S...
