How to do a discursive reflection? (1 Viewer)

In a reflection you're supposed to make comparisons between your MOD C texts and how they inspired you.

How are you meant to link a discursive and compare it to MOD C's poems and short stories? They seem way too different for any stylistic features or similar symbols to pop up.

You compare only the techniques not the ideas. Aka repetition in a poem can be used in a discursive piece. Additionally rhetorical questions and extended metaphors can be used in poems and discursive.
