I always get "you have illegible handwriting" or something along the lines of that when I get feedback for my assessments. I can't read it myself either...
How can I improve my handwriting?

I encountered a very similar issue in my senior years, I think although people say practice makes perfect-a lot of people do not realise how detrimental having illegible handwriting is to affecting their marks in a lot of their subjects, you must address this issue very seriously-otherwise you will be losing marks in school assessments and hence your rank, because although you can argue legible handwriting is not usually an explicit part of the marking criteria, it is an assumed part of it-teachers can't mark what they can't read, I think the best way to address this issue is to avoid using a very thin, inky pen where your writing tends to run together, find a medium, black, non-inky, ballpoint pen, for content heavy subjects such as history and English-you should be practising writing more concise and succinct answers-which in the long term will aid you the most in improving your handwriting as well as your marks-hope this helps:)

get a letter from a specialist doctor that says you have bad handwriting and then send that to the BOARD of studies. they let people at "rich" schools type up their answers. or you might get a writer instead

Practice everyday, as least thrice a day. Soon people will surprise at your handwriting :thrust:. You will have to buy a suitable pen for your practicing, something like fountain pen or you can just use your pencil :). When you have used 10 pencils, congratulations, your hand writing is perfect .
My primary school in my country really focused on every student's handwriting so when I came to Australia lots of people said my handwriting looked fancy :p. It looks something like this:

P/s: If you don't mind, please upload your handwriting so I can see where you need to improve
