Wow.. that is the longest assessment notification I've ever seen lol. Compare to our upcoming assessment, ours was only explained in like, 2 lines lol.
Anyway, never really prepared for a task like this before, but I guess what you could do is maybe play a section of a movie you haven't seen before, and practice taking notes on unseen texts and picking out the most important parts.

Yes, a very long assessment task to read XD. My advice, is take notes during the first play through, then refine those notes, especially if you need to quote something and missed out the first time. Also know your related text comprehensively and inside out.
