Change your preferences for the late and final rounds for something with a cut-off you know you can meet (like Arts or something). Then do that for a year, do really well and apply to the course you really want to do next year. I know that's not an ideal situation but it's better than not doing anything at all

I got 35 atar, I had an alternative up my sleeve, check the net for other colleges and institutes quickly for a good entry.
