We are having an essay in 3 days and I am not sure what to write.
The 3 points we have to write about are
1. What constitutes effective employment relations.
2. analyse how conflict and change are managed in a business with respect to employment relations.
3. Justify possible ways of resolving conflict in the selected business/ businesses.
The main case study we have to relate all this to is Qantas. But if anyone could just give me a general idea of what to write about, cheers.
