Hello Everyone.

I have to complete a Business plan on an existing business or a made up business.

Does anyone have any suggestions/comments (including previous experience) ??

IIRC I did a cafe and my friend did a sports store.

Oh wow, I remember doing in our Preliminary year. I actually did a cosmetic store (similar to GLOSS). My friends did coffee shops, clothes store, gym (I'm not sure, but I think it was FitnessFirst thingo), reseller of Apple products, etc.

If you are looking for something which would be somewhat harder but is different to what people usually pick then yes

Harder to be successful? A café would be an idea but not sure how to make it 'unique'.

It's not really that it would be harder to be successful, it would just harder to do compared to the examples ShayK and I listed. Having said that, I think it's a pretty good idea and I doubt many other people from your class would choose it.

I did a pizza store, they make their own pizzas, they have pizza parties and deliver (so they are a service, and they sell products aswell)
