People keep saying this regarding fosters and coffs harbor and basically anywhere thats not the gold coast!!!

SO firstly how do u define a "true schoolies"

And secondly where is somewhere where uu can have one of the supposed "true schoolies" in NSW

i think 'true skoolies' is up to the individual, but really, skoolies IS surfers, thats where it started so does that make it the 'true skoolies'? anyway, i personally think its surfers, places like foster just wouldnt cut it 4 me - schools over, 13 years needs to be celebrated, so y not go crazy in surfers? relaxing somwere boring would suck, but thats just my opinion

What you define as a true schoolies is entirely dependent upon who you are and what you want out of it. If you're after lots of random, casual sex, or lots a people packed into a small space then Gold Coast or Byron's probably for you. If you want it to be a bit more of a low key affair with 10+ mates then head elsewhere. I spent my week with 20 friends at The Entrance, spent the days at the beach and the nights drinking and playing with firesticks, again on the beach, that was pretty awesome, but yeah up to your personal taste.
