anyone have any essays they have done... on inner journeys?

we have an assessment on tuesday and i have the question.. just wondering how to perfectly structure all the technique/context/evaluation stuff which i need to put in... to
'demonstrate my understanding of inner journeys'


any thoughts? and please dont pay me out cos you think im dumb or this should be in another forum or something... there are too many wankers who do that on this site...
