There has been alot of rumour going around saying that selective schools will generally get good ATARs. I come from a school which is even close to selective. People in my classes are getting very low marks, not even 50% and nearing the 20-30%. However, i get close to and sometimes over 80-90% in almost every subject.
Will these people doing the same courses as me, drag my ATAR down and scale me down? Im wondering if its possible that if i come from a school like this, in the south west region, to perhaps get an ATAR of above 90?
I'm planning to do extension 2 maths, if that helps at all.
