As above pretty much. I thought a gap year would be fun but all my mates are leaving for Uni and there aint much coming around in the job aspect.
Is it able to be done...cheers.

sound like your really iterested in uni atm, in that case what the fk, just defer and have fun, go schoolies again and bum around. its only 1 year.

Don't have a gap year if you're not working or traveling

It's fun for a while

Then everyone else moves on. Work, uni, tafe, family

You'll get left behind being bored at home. Oprah and Dr Phil become increasingly enticing

It happened to me last year

I don't think you can; afaik, you need to accept your offer, then defer it. Because effectively the university receives your acceptence, and then holds your offer for a year.

That's at MQ, anyway, and although I think it'd be the same everywhere, definitely check with your particular uni.

my friend accepted her offer but is defering for the year she's doing UTS nursing
