Is it possible to Pickup Subjects through Tafe. (1 Viewer)

Given that I am halfway through yr 11 is it possible for me to pickup a subject through tafe? I realise as sort of a thing on my bucket list to learn Latin. But it would be more of a incentive to do It if I got it on my HSC.
Anyway some help if I can actually do this would be awesome.
