Yes. (hi needtostudy :))
what would happen now?
It's never too late to hand in Supplementary Form A into UAC (in person).
does this affect my uai?
I think not.
can i stil fill it out?
Yes.
its fine since i resitted the same subject this year?
Supplementary Form A applications
A Supplementary Form A application should only be submitted if you are a current Year 12 student and

- have previously attempted a Year 12 in Australia or overseas including students who are accumulating/repeating or previously completed at least 1 subject.

In my opinion, it is not fine. (As you know, I'm in the same situation as you, same school, same course).

I filled out my Supp. Form A and handed it in, on the due date (September 30th) via post, along with my course preferences.

I'm sure UAC would be in contact with the Board, as UAC would need to have the latest set of marks, as updated by the Board, used in the calculation of one's UAI.

It seemed pretty important (Supp. Form A), when I had read it, in the UAC Guide. It may be pointless, but I suppose there's a reason for everything, and it can only ease the process for UAC.
