Is there a limit on how many case studies we can refer to? (1 Viewer)

For example if the question asks to analyse the method of expansion using a case study.. since no single case study refers to ALL the methods.. would we get marked down for using five different case studies, one for each method?

No, there's not. However, it's like English. You can use as many texts as you want, but it's better to use 2 or 3 well, than 4 or 5 badly. You won't get extra marks for using more, it's just how well you use them

Although, can I give you a suggestion. Technically theres no limit, if you use too many case studies you may find it difficult to make links within the essay/report (especially if there is a 2nd part to the question). I like to stick to 2 case studies (or sometimes 1 if its really comprehensive), and have the occasional reference to a 3rd.

But thats just my opinion.
