Late Round offer (1 Viewer)

So I missed the cutoff by 0.05, and was wondering if a Late round offer is likely for a course like Law. On the cutoff document published by UAC, there is no 'V' next to UNSW Combined Law, so does this mean that late round offers are not given?

I think the cut off is unlikely to drop between rounds some people who are offered USYD Law might switch UNSW Law to first preference for fun (which I really don't agree with), denying someone else of a spot in one of the rounds.
