yeah leave rebeka94 alone you jerk, this forum is for people who want help you shouldnt cut someone down just because they asked a question...you remind me of my friend guy marsh, he left high school years ago but he still tries to stir up trouble at high school because he has no life.
Anyway to answer your question rebeka94 consumer law is pretty complicated because it means consumers run the law and the shop owners have to just deal with it. Compliance means that it will come down to how compliant the shop owner is. If he is not willing to comply then the consumer will become very mad and send the shop owner to jail. Non-compliance means that if the shop owner doesnt comply there is no repercussions associated with the situation.
