But what defines customs/rules from laws is that law is enforceable guess.

um...you sort of...open a book. legal isn't a discuss subject, it's more a stare-at-book-and-regurgitate-facts subject.

the relationship between the is exactly what santaslayer said how are the enforced in society, some have legal binding and others dont.
