when i was at school we were told that they can't ask you for specific poems/sections of text unless it's specifically set out and studied as part of the syllabus (eg. only episodes 1 & 2 of seachange).
i did harwood back in the day, but from memory i studied 3 poems...i think it was a minimum of 2 poems that we had to use and the suggested we had another 1 as backup
