you could use exfoliating gloves, although they could be a little harsh. They have these facial exfoliating sponges at the body shop, those would probably work. They're like 3 bucks

You don't really need to exfoliate your lips. The skin is delicate enough without scrubbing it. Just put heaps of carmex/blistex on your lips before you go to bed and in the morning they will be smooth as silk.
