It's not LOFTUS anymore it is indeed SOUTHERN SYDNEY.

I've got mates who go there and I go there to study when I've got exams on. It's usually pretty quiet...there isn't much to do there, so if you're looking for the uni lifestyle (drinking, partying hard etc) you're better off being on main campus else you have to go to local pubs in the shire.

But my mates always rave about the pros and cons they see. "Chilled out learning environment", "teaching rather than lecturing" but then "we have to sit through video conferencing rather than a f2f lecture". So I guess it depends on your view of learning and what you want out of uni. But as I said, it's pretty relaxed, I'm an outsider and all the people I meet there seem pretty friendly (oh and they have free coffee).

not really a fan of video conferencing, but the free coffee more than makes up for it
