marketing plan... help!
Our assessment has the plan divided up into subsections (eg situational analysis, target market, market strategies, Implementation and monitoring)
I'm a bit confused with what we have to write about in implementation and monitoring. as a guide, we have
"financial forecasts-sales/costs
monitoring- sales analysis/market share/marketing profitability
options if not working etc"
for the financial forecasts, do we have to include projected sales/ costs, a sales analysis etc?
the textbook we have is of very little help, and i'm particularly stuck on this.
