I have done like 3-4 exams with marks ranging 93-96/134 and the percentiles are barely 60%ile.

What sort of raw marks are you guys getting and corresponding percentiles? :uhoh:

Percentiles can be misleading. When I used to do it, I got like 105~ and that was 90+ percentile. You're not too far off :)

Could be two reasons -- either these (sample?) tests are less difficult so 40% of those who tried scored >93-96, or 60%ile relative only to those who try not the general UMAT cohort.

HSC 2011 still trying out UMAT?

I reckon they're pretty accurate if you just add 15-30%ile to the one they give you as their cohort is better than the umat cohort.

In the year just now overall score (sum of 3 sections) for 100th percentile was 210+ marks.

So just need to score 70 marks out of 100 per section.
But you should aim to achieve close to uniform marks across. If you drop say 10 marks below 70 in one section it's tough to gain those 10 back in another because you approach its super difficult zone.
