Can any one explain to me what is the meaning of Minimum number of credit points at 200 level or above :39 points in professional accounting ?

It means to complete the degree, you have to have done at least 39 points (13 subjects) of subjects that have a number of 200 or higher in the subject code e.g Acst201, Econ241, Econ350. Hope that answers your question
