daily life would be talking about..
- food eg. deposits of murex mollusc found in Zakro
- health eg. macgeorge's research on bones that reveal the diet of the minoans and that they were vulnerable to a number of diseases
- occupations eg. bronze workshops found in Gournia
- housing eg. remains of villas
- religious practices eg. snake goddess shrines frequently found in households
- leisure activities eg. marble statue of seated harpist found on island of keros
- clothing evident in frescoes

thats a very brief overview hope u get the idea

That isn't really related to food. They were used for the manufacture of purple; luxury items

for food, i guess you could refer to the geography and topography of crete.. and my put in the quote for homer as he describes crete as "a land in the dark wine sea" (blah blah blah)

I'd be careful referring bull leaping frescoe to their daily lives.

yeah.. theres a lot of debating about it... but you could still include it and thereby bring in other historians... also that could prove to be a good link to religion and you could say that owing to the numerous representations of religion in the art, religion could have been a vital part of teh socitey and its daily life.

umm yes food would need reference to the geography and topography of crete as da_butterfree has already mentioned.

it seems most evidence we have for minoan daily life is archaeological evidence really, are u specifically looking for quotes razzarach?
